Public Safety Canada required specialized services to support the design, implementation, and administration of the Memorial Grant Program for First Responders In recognition of the critical role of first responders in protecting Canadians, the Memorial Grant Program for First Responders provides a one-time lump sum, tax-free maximum payment of $300,000 to the families of first responders who have died as a result of their duties.

Our team is responsible for delivering specialized services, including the handling of enquiries, assessing applications, and providing eligibility recommendations to Public Safety Canada. The technology solution delivered by OXARO includes a public facing website, self-service claimant and case management portal, and contact centre services.
